Anton Hantel

Anton Hantel is a founder and the CEO of Sona8. At BCG he worked on large transformation projects, where a team interviews a few dozen people to learn how a change is landing. On one of them, in Hamburg, he and Thilo Tamme asked why an AI could not interview everyone. He built Sona8 alongside his MBA at MIT and left the MBA once the first pilots needed all his time.
